Rates: Please note that all bookings are now subject to Provincial Sales Tax and Municipal Regional District Tax. There is a $75 cleaning fee added to every booking. Rates are based on two person occupancy. More than two will incur a $20 per person per night extra including children. Maximum of 4 people. Sorry but no pets please.

High Season: JULY AND AUGUST

• $275 per night, four night minimum

Shoulder Season: JUNE AND SEPTEMBER

• $250 per night, three night minimum

Low Season: OCTOBER TO MAY

• $225 per night, 2 night minimum or 3 night minimum on long weekends and holidays

Payment: We do not require a deposit but trust that our clients will let us know in good time that they have to cancel.
