Rates: Please note that all bookings are now subject to Provincial Sales Tax and Municipal Regional District Tax. There is a 75 dollar cleaning fee for any booking.

High season: MAY 1 — SEPTEMBER 30 and Christmas:

• $250 per night based on two person occupancy, plus an additional $20 per person per night extra including children. Maximum of 4 people (preference 2-3).

• Minimum stay in from May to September is 3 nights but this may adjust downward as the season fills in.

  Low season OCTOBER 1 — APRIL 30:            

• $210 per night based on two people occupancy, plus $20 per person per night extra including children. Occasional specials in low season. Email us!

• Minimum stay outside high season is 2 nights or 3 on long weekends and holidays.

Payment: We do not require a deposit but trust that our clients will let us know in good time that they have to cancel.
